President Obama will say in his State of the Union address Tuesday night that a new American economy must be "built to last" through a government and financial system that plays by the rules and gives everyone a fair shot.

an end to favoritism............ wait you have more kids we'll just give you more welfare...another great point is those on welfare shouldnt be allowed to vote.. kinda a conflict of intrest.. heres why....... why would you vote for someone who is tough on welfare or wanting to take away your benfits? as long as your on welfare you will vote for that person who will take care of you.......
