Red meat has now joined marijuana as society’s biggest villain. According to every new study, it’s basically a crime to eat it. Not only does it cause cancer, death and heart disease, but it also makes little puppies cry and turns rainbows black. Researchers from Deakin University in Australia found that those who ate less than the recommended dose of beef were twice as likely to be diagnosed with depression or anxiety. Interestingly enough, fish and chicken consumption didn’t produce the same happiness.
