hey there a new e-book called the secrets of anabolic growth s out, and its really fucking good, it has a meal plan, and a training guide that ive never seen, it's pretty sweet
another thing it has is a cycle guide, and its got sites on steroids where u can get real shit for cheap. its got like 5 or 6 different sources, plus needle sites. it has a bad ass steroid chart with some ratings on a bunch of steroids.

this book was one of the worst i ever read asked for my money back with in 10 minutes of getting it .Dont waste your money its about 20 pages long, meal plan sucks and the sites he gives u is one of the other boardsto go too.
