I wouldn't recommend using synthol unless you really knew what you were doing. Small amounts can potentially bring a lagging bodypart up to par but more often than not it ends up looking like shiit and very obvious.

If you are going to do it, never do the amounts they suggest to you on the label. Use very small amounts and go from there.

Synthol is generally a bad idea every time.

synthetek is probablly your best choice like juice32 said. i would recomend not using tho. There are a lot of horror stories out there.

if you are going to use go to professionalmuscle.com and search for synthol. There is a write up by BigA its a sticky best write up i've seen.

appreciate it, the problem is been busting my ass in gym. competed last 2 years, but i had a spinal tumor 8 years ago. the inner head for my calves is not there. the tumor killed the nerves. so only have the one head. always get counted off...not trying to go freaky just trying to put something there. now just flat. any other ideas i'm listening. thanks for posting

This might sound stupid but there is a such thing as a calf implants just like breast implants. Maybe look into that
