DSIP(Delta sleep-inducing peptide)
It comes in a 5mg bottle so how do you mix? 5ml water? What about dose I hear 100mcg just before bed works great. Anyone?

never heard of it.. would like to know more about it bc i cant sleep worth crap anymore..
