Are you fukin serious? This says steroids ruined Valentino's body. Steroids had nothing to do with that, that was ridiculous abuse of synthol. Watch that video, this fukin guy is actually posing thinking he looks good. I hate that he tries to pose as a bodybuilder, he is nothing of the sort. If he competed at even a local show he would end up dead last in his class.

This guy is a total loser and he is writing a column for one of the muscle mags, I cant remember which one, but its just an atrocity.

In the end he says he is self concious of the scar where they had to remove the infection from 1000 cc's of oil in his arm. What a fuc.ktard, I really cant stand this guy, parading around like he knows wtf is goin on.

That fucking guy is such an ass, I like how he speaks for everyone. I hate this fuck with a passion, I hear so many people who do not know shit take this assholes word on the game. Picked up a needle and blew it off, LOL. I wonder if he can walk and chew gum at the same time.

The more truth of it would be he is the poster child for asshole of the year and should be committed for his own safety.

I am fairly new to this and I will tell you the vast majority do not have this clowns problems, it never even crossed my mind to reuse a needle or to pick one off the floor. I just cant stand even looking at him anymore! But the little bitch is more worried about attention then anything else.

Yeah I gotta say I don't like valentino either, met him at a local npc show and he looks like more of an idiot in person. That special on tv "The man who's arms exploded" could have been the worst special on roids ever. As stated previously he doesn't mention the synthol outright, he just blames "roids" as a blanket term. I still thought the site was worth perusing, if for nothing else but entertainment.

Just that they would have this piece of shiit at an NPC show just blows my mind. Remove all that oil and infection and scar tissue from his arms and delts and there would be nothing left. This guy isn't even big at all, just blown up with oil. He looks ridiculous, he is a total joke.

The documentary on youtube calls his arms "world record breaking". WTF? GTFO with that bullshiit!!! Remove the oil and pus from his arms and my arms are much bigger than his. Yeah I guess my 20.75" guns are world record breakers now? LOL

If I see this guy at an NPC show Im competing at Ima spit right in his fukin face.

He definitely has nothing going on physique wise, he looks like a midget who bought arms from exxon-mobile. He was a guest at the show I attended as he only lives an hour or so from me and the show. Dave Palumbo was there too. I don't think his physique is top notch either but I like his theories and enjoy his column. He has done wonders with many of the guys he has coached in the sport.

Palumbo is cool , very knowledgable guy. Was a good competitor in the past as well and is a great trainer now.

He shouldn't ever be mentioned in the same breath with Valentino.
