It has been ridiculous. Trying to keep weight up is a challenge, especially working outside. Anybody have a routine they do to help keep mass?

Eat til you puke. I've been doing that all week...haha. 94 degrees with100% humidity, working industrial construction outside. Training has been an joke this week.

Man I feel ya. Everyone seems to love summer, but I can't stand the heat. Add the humidity and it's like a sauna outside. It's almost impossible for me to maintain size in the summer. Just too hot. I'm ready for some cooler weather. Bring on the fall haha.

Lol fall ans spring is my fav but yeah eat calories on calories bro and much water and replenish electroltes and a lot of sleep min 8hrs to keep hormones from producing too much cortisol
