The intelligence linking Syrian President Bashar Assad or his inner circle to an alleged chemical weapons attack that killed at least 100 people is no "slam dunk," with questions remaining about who actually controls some of Syria's chemical weapons stores and doubts about whether Assad himself ordered the strike, U.S. intelligence officials say.

Funny he did not use it on enemy soldiers. It could have been terrorists (there are a couple or three in Syria), the rebels or a accident. This sounds like he did not do it. But someone needs to get these weapons in a safe place so a bigger attack will not take place.

I still am trying to wrap my head around why US is playing big brother again. What about the arab nation and arab league? Wouldn't this fit into their criteria?
