A typical day of hiking took a sudden turn for Miesha Tate over the weekend. Tate was hiking near Mount Charleston - outside Las Vegas - this weekend and spotted a couple struggling to carry their daughter down a trail.Kai, a 6-year-old girl, had a broken arm. Tate stepped in to assist and carried the girl down the 2.6-mile trail to safety.Tate later shared the story on her Facebook and Kai sent her a thankyou video on Instagram.
