I have been away the last month, trying to organize a few things here on my side.

I still logged onto a couple of sites to keep in touch with my soldiers :D

I see Gator is a mod--which is fantastic!!

My birthday past also May 13th ;) 34 years old ---wow!!


I got engaged end of April to an amazing amazing lady--we have a set date: 2010-10-10 yes sir!!

Hi sweety---thank you very much!

Training could not be going any better---gettting ready for the Ottawa's in November this year.
I am trying to stay at 230 12% until cut time comes--and hope to either hit the scales at 199, or if I decide to stay as heavy weight, then 201---I don't have much time left, less than 6 months before show time.

I got engaged to an amazing lady, after 34 years, of running the roads, sleeping in so many beds, dating so many...I mean Jesus, it was out of control, it certainly feels nice to have found "the one"
