8 oz of Chicken Breast, 2 cups of mixed- roman, red pepper onion, cucumber.
1 cup of sting beens 1 Small Sweet potato.plan. 2 tbs of homemade red wine vinaigrettes.
1 6 oz fat free milk.

a big bowl of Fettucine Alfredo and a 1,000cal protein drink.then a PB&J sandwich around 8:30-9:00 with 2 cups of warm milk...
