never get sleep

i havent had a good nite sleep in damn near a month. ive tried every otc sleep aid there is,my doc has had me try every sleeping pill and still no sleep i swear im getting like 3-4hours a nite its starting to effect everything. right now its 4am im still up. its killing my training,eatting, shit my life . any ideas?

You don't have sleep apnea do you? My friend was having serious problems sleeping, never got into a deep sleep during the night, until he went to the docs and was diagnosed with it.

Do you have problems staying asleep (aka tossing and turning all night) or are you just never tired enough to get solid sleep?
