My face isnt so bad. Its my back and shoulders that get it bad. Anything less than two showers a day and Im ready to kill myself lol. I cant stand that oily feeling.

1x unless i am eating alot of fish. my skin is dry as hell. i use the tanning bed to stay dry when i am consuming lots of fish when dieting

Damn it! I got up today and noticed a painful pimple deep into my forehead. Anyone ever get tempted to stick it with a needle and try to draw back the puss? lol I just might.

I shower 2x/day usually. On gym days 3x.

^ yeah, when i get zits, i use a needle to pop them and squeeze. I was told by a chick at a skin clinic that was the best method so no scars are left.

I find If I keep my MG per week of the same compounds, I don't get zits.
As soon as I bump dosages or change compounds is when i bust out with a few.

I do the same as Zomb.. Poke the zits with a pin 1st before popping em.
