in the yr 2002 I Quit smoking I was smoking 3 packs of smokes a day.
At that time I was 286 pounds at 5foot 9.This was in june of 2002. Body fat at 54%
I bought a bike and started riding it every day till it got to cold to ride out side.
So I joined a gym. All winter long I would hit the elliptical machine for 45 min's a night after work. I dropped down to 172 pounds.
Then I started lifting and found my love . Pumping Iron :)

So now I sit at 195 pounds and body fat at 9.8%

I was a fat but incredibly athletic kid who was bullied by smaller kids. my motive was to fuck all their wives and girlfriends, nah JK... but they all wanted to be my friend when we grew up. of course I brushed them off;)

as a highschooler, low confidence and self esteem led me to enrolling in the weight training class that my school offered. It changed my life...

Sometime in mid-1985,.I wanted to start working out but didn't know how or where. Then I watched one of favorite wrestlers, Hacksaw Butch Reed, during an interview and he was wearing a Gold's Gym shirt. A week later, I joined a nearby Gold's and have been addicted to iron eversince.
