Happy Father's Day

To all the fathers, step fathers, grand fathers, great grand fathers, and father figures here at e-s Happy Father's Day!

My plans: I am off to the gym. When I get back I will be having a special home made breakfast with mom and the kids. It's supposed to be a surprise but I think they got me cards, a cake, and new gym shoes! :)

Oh, and to all the dead beats ... Happy Go Fuck Yourself Day.

nice post and happy fathers day to you dk. mine made me a 20 egg white omlete with spinache and ground turkey with 90 grams of cream of wheat. we are off to the beach shortly. i am bumping what dk said also

eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, and a protein shake. We are off to go outside and enjoy the weather too.

Oh, and you guys are going to love this. No gym shoes but instead they got me a paper shredder!! HAHA!!
