Can't stand when someone has to yell so loud when they are cranking out their set! We have this big meathead at the gym that is so loud it is insane. It drives everyone crazy, The funny thing is that when fuzo is next to him working out, the guy doesn't make a sound. He once needed a spot and fuzo was next to him. Instead of asking fuzo, he walked around the gym and asked a skinny teenage kid to spot him. Pretty funny!

There was a guy at our gym like that.
One day the weight room was packed ,
I shout over to him asked him if he was taking a dump?
Sure sound like you having a problem.
Everyone started laughing.
He is no longer loud at the gym:D

I have put a dude on his face that was like this in a 24hr but on the other hand I'm a Powerlifter so getting out a true max attempt will not be silent.

We have our own gym and I use a 24hr plus some of use have gyms at the house but my team has commercial space for a gym with 24hr access.

And how bout the ones that make all the noise when they have like 10 or 15 pound dumbells?? hahahathose are the ones i love skel...no wght but they scream like it's 450lbs on the bench, lol.got the same shit in my gym.this one guy, pretty decent size but weak as hell loads up the smith machine with 4 plates and does 3-4 quarter reps,if that low,and screams loud as hell.then after each set he walks around talking out loud "yeah mother f-er,that's how you squat!"i told him to join me on the real squat rack and just do full reps with a real 315 on his back.dude got about halfway down and dropped it on the rack.i said "see, you weren't doing real squats.you gotta hit at least parrallel or ass to ankles my man."said he was burned out from his squat routine anyway.these guys kill me.then he goes around giving advice to anyone who looks his way.tried it with me one night.had to stop him dead in his tracks.told him a dude his size should be moving 2x the wght he's doing WITH proper form.don't lecture me.i'm not the biggest dude in my gym but i'll give damn near anyone there a run for their money at 44yrs old...lol!

hahaha nice rocco-x! I also learned the hard way when I first started training. I was using the smith machine for benching, squating and shoulder presses. Once the owner (at the time) of the gym said "If you can do 225 on the SM, you should try it on the flat bench. BIG MISTAKE lol But at least I wasn't making loud noises...but I was sooooo embarassed :P
