Those are great stress relievers after a workout and bet Fuzo uses them to calm down after yelling at the twigs curling in the squat rack haha

They are actually great to have in the car because that is when many people get stressed with all these dumbass drivers, lol!

No need too as I can't close many of those but never lose grip on a bar even when pulling max weight.

i was seriously thinkin of getting a pair baby1.my right hand has either nerve damage or onset carpal tunnel.i have no feeling in my 1st 3 fingers and my grip is horrible.i even have to use wrist wraps at times when going heavy on d.b. benches, once i hit around the 120's and up otherwise my hand just pops open when fatigued.FUZO say if it's helping his grip at all?

Fuzo has had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands. Before surgery he used to use these but I am not sure if it caused more pain or not. After surgery he used these to help build strength back up and soon he was back to normal again.

After surgery he used these to help build strength back up and soon he was back to normal again.i've had one doctor say it's CTS,another says it's severe nerve damage eminating from my shoulder! went to sleep one night about 6-7yrs ago and woke up in such burning agony like i had an icepick with a blowtorch in my right shoulder joint.next morning my fingers were numb.gotten to the point i can't tell coins from paper in my pocket.still to this day i don't sleep a full 8hrs cause i wake up in such arm numbing pain.just don't have insurance to look deeper into the cause.might give these a try.

Ohh that's rough and these should definitely help build the grip strength back. Carpal tunnel sure sucks rocks alright.

I hear you! I have a pinched nerve in my neck which radiates pain to my hand and pinches other nerves in my arm. My arms just burn at times. It really does suck.

Anyway, Just be careful as using these may aggravate the pain you are having. You will just have to try it and see, Good luck!
