What was yours? Mine was when I could finally do 3 sets of regular push ups. That was big for me as I had very little strength when I first started lidting weights.

when i just got of high school it was when i could bench 315lbs now thats nothing. after that it was be able to do wide grip pull ups. havent done them in forever then one day at the gym i was doing back so i grabbed the wide grip bar and was able to do 3 sets of 12 i was shocked.....

To many little milestones adding to something bigger to think of any one in particular.

As a Powerlifter I work on new ones all the time and if I'm not breaking my own records then something is wrong in the equation.

I'll say this each Squat Milestone is my proudest as it's the hardest lift being a lot more technical then the other 2.

When I was finally able to bench 315lbs. Now Im on to bigger and better things. that was mine and i did it in march but then i started working too much to go to the gym and now i weigh 190 at 5'11. ill get it back it just sux working to accomplish something youve already accomplished

hitting 360x2 on the flat bench last year and last week FINALLY hitting the low 300's as actual work sets for 5-6reps instead of trying for a max wght.ain't a whole lot but for someone who hated squats i know i'll be at 405 in a few months...!

Great job! What did you di to achieve this?
I just started eating wayyy better(I had a problem with sweets lol) and going to the gym 5 days a week and learning how to work out for real helped too.
