I know there are several ways to test bodyfat, and there are margins of error with them. Yeserday a trainer was testing member's bodyfat so I said what the hell and had mine tested. Well I was pretty happy to see mine was at the lower end of the scale fof "normal". At 43 years old, I was happy with the number but not ready to settle at it, lol!

Don't women have more bodyfat than men on average?

Yes they do. When women start getting below about 15%, they can have issues with there hormones. I do know that!
