puking my guts up it seems when I take my water pill sometime I get so sick and i'm miserable for the next 24 hours. Its horrible

Its most likely me depleting my body of water and nutrients from the aromasin or my water pill which is strong as fuk.

Why take the water pill if you feel you are fairly dry from the antiE? Is it for blood pressure?
