I'd say kai greene should get the top spot barring politics as well as not fucking up on his conditioning at showtime. Other than that, the others in your list guns I agree with

cutler,warren,heath,wolf, martinez, centopani. My wife is a big fan of centopani and i feel he has a brings a great overall package. I do not like kai physique. for the 212's i'd like to see flex lewis win. i like following his series on gaspari tv.
