A federal judge dealt a new setback Friday to the immigration enforcement efforts of America's self-proclaimed "toughest sheriff," barring his deputies from detaining people based solely on the suspicion that they're in the country illegally.

you would thing. how else would you buy tobacco, alcohol, use credit/debit cards oh pretty much basically everything that we do on a day to day basis. no id, hum that would be a red flag of being an illegal or u r trying to hide something. i am just saying
