only downside is it will drive the crime rate up cause we all know 99% of these low lifes arent getting jobs. i have a cousin who is married to a guy that refuses to work and they have 4 kids. unfreaking believable to me.

This should even be a discussion it shuold have been set in place in the 70's or earlier!

On the other hand this only means crime will rise higher!
