Our favorite news anchor is coming back. No, not Tom Brokaw. This is much bigger. RonBurgundy, the self-proclaimed legend of '70s TV news, appeared on Conan O'Brien's TBS showto announce his sequel is moving forward. For those not familiar, Burgundy is a charactermade famous by WillFerrell in 2004 when the cult hit film gained a tremendous following and still standsas his most successful comedy hit.A devoted Scotch drinker, a closet fluteplayer and a proud sexist, this character gave Ferrell all the room he needed to carve outhis unique sense of humor. Surrounded by the likes of Steve Carrell and Paul Rudd, he hadno shortage of talent to add to the pot.
