Here's just what men needed: another prostitution scandal. This one comes courtesy of the Secret Service and a few members of the military, who decided to solicit prostitutes while they were staying at a hotel in Cartagena, Colombia, during Obama's visit there.The intensifying scandal is a definite embarrassment for the Obama administration, but is it really so surprising that men would misbehave while on a business trip abroad -- especially while in large groups?
