Panetta warns troop scandals endanger US Afghan mission

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta warned troops Friday that it takes just seconds for misconduct to make headlines and said that enemy insurgents can use recent military scandals to fuel their fight.

i got an idea, how about not leaking all the bs that is pulled by a handful of people to the press and punish the hell out of them behind closed doors. hum wouldnt that be a step in the right direction
