More sun equals more heat. More heat means fewer clothes. We all know that guys are visual creatures. We look, and sometimes stare, at attractive women. We try to be subtle (but we aren’t always successful) at trying to sneak a peek at the hot lady who just walked by. Hey, as long as we're trying not to be obvious, our girlfriends should let it slide. 2. Asking Her To Show Some Skin

Come on now. We dig the way our girlfriends look. We like it when they show it off! It’s always funny how a woman's self-image is so different from what we actually think of her. We should be able to ask our girlfriends to show it off during the summer months without them taking offense. Right? 3. Indulging

It’s summertime. That means there’s going to be barbecues and cookouts every weekend. We deserve to eat. If she asks you to do something about that expanding waistline, ignore her. Just get to it in September. 4. Big-Screen Explosions

How about a little give and take? A little reciprocity? The rest of the year, we're taking our girlfriends to the movie theater to see flicks that include plenty of chicks like Sandra Bullock, Julia Roberts, Katherine Heigl, Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon. Just for a few months, we should be able to ease up on the estro-fest without any guilt. Allow us to get our superhero/action/horror/Adam Sandler fix. 5. Flying Solo

Your girlfriend's family is great. Her friends are awesome. Can’t they be great and awesome without us sometimes? Sure, if we’re a decent guy, we'll be the plus-one at every event that we're asked to attend. But our girlfriends must know that we’d rather be out with the boys half the times they want to go hang out with your “couple friends” or those evenings at their parents’ place for dinner.OK, so I’m mostly kidding about these things.
