Romney takes foreign policy swipe at Obama, calls Libya attack 'tragic failure'

Mitt Romney, hoping to pick up momentum after his first debate against President Obama, said in a Fox News interview that the deadly consulate attack in Libya was a "tragic failure" of the Obama administration to provide adequate security.
