x2.if some people only knew half my boys i hang with are black,the others are mixed-puerto rican,cuban,white,etc...and we crack on each other ALL day when we hang out.we play the yo momma jokes and all and not once did i ever see one dude get pissed.maybe cause he couldn't get one back at the guy but not in a malicious way.you're right,the first one to yell racist is usually the first one to tell an ethnic joke behind the persons back.
