5'5" 210 offseason, 175 dieted down
5'10 252lbs
not 5'10... 5'11
my cardio isnt to bad but when i do higher rep sets on legs and back i get a bit winded. i am talking 50 and 100 rep sets. biggest prob that i have is that my legs are so big that when they start to pump up it hinders me more than the cardio factor does. now i am not running no marathons or anything but i have ran 3 miles in under 25 mins at my weight
I ride the bike 25-30 minutes warm up I cant run anymore

When I do cardio all the time I don't get winded .
If I slack for some time I do get winded fast.
But Im also 55 Yrs

Was 217 bofore I got sick.
