If we are just talking about looks alone I would have to say nothing would turn me off. If she's a snotty full of her self type then it wouldn't matter how hot she is I wont look her way. A woman that's beutiful and a good person there's nothing better.
Yes, I mean looks like, bad teeth, ugly feet, etc. We know that nobody is perfect but for some people one thing can just turn them off about someone.
she has to be someone intelligent. if she opens her mouth and sounds stupid, i will walk away. i have to be able to talk to someone. oh and grossly overweight, i like thick but not fat. you cant do anything about your face but you can def take care of everything else
#1B turnoff.....smoking.....she could be a 9/10 and instantly drops to a 5/6 if i see her smoking

I think the biggest turn off is smoking or bad teeth. There are plenty more things I could add to the list but those two are at the top.
