Was there a specific reason that got you started at that age?
i started training in high school for football. stopped after i got out of high school. but started again when i was 23-24.havent stopped since then...
Jr High to get stronger but it didn't last then at 19 for several month then around 24 for about 5 months but I got serious at the age of 37 and still going at 42.
started at 14.....we didn't have cable and there weren't alot of other kids where i lived....my neighbor was a juicer/bodybuilder and my mom's boyfriend was a former offensive tackle (but he wasn't on an active nfl roster when we knew him).....so the motivation to grow was always there (i weighed 112lbs and was stuck on the lightweight 8th grade football team)
22. And I always wanted to be bigger but it was about then that I was in a financial situation to be able to afford it. I tried starting around 19 but once I figured out how much food I needed I knew I couldn't even kinda afford it.
Got started at 13 thru 17 where I lost a lot of weight and got skinny then slacked off till I turned 22.
I've went to the gym for the first time when i was 16, wanted to prepare myself to the Air-force special forces. Went to the special forces at 17 but never left the gym: today i'm 38 and hoping to be at the gym forever.
I started at 20 years old. Reason...
I was tired of being a lazy cheeto eating pothead gamer. Plus I THOUGHT it would get the ladies attention. Little did I know it would get more attention from men thaan women :eek:
9 mts I was bored with reading novels.
I started training at 15 not for any reason in particular and hundreds of years later and im still at it:)
