It loses potency much more quickly.
Yea and no telling how much so Id try to make sure you refrigerate it....

After you re-constitute it hcg needs to be in the fridge...Good for up to 1 month that way
so if its not refrigerated how long would it last you think?
Only a month? My dads HRT doc gives him 10,000iu vials and he uses 250iu 2x per week. Doc said after 8weeks it will slightly degrade but very very minute. Like %1 every week if that.Quote:

It depends on the brand of HCG what they claim.
I have used American pharma brand that the insert read it was good for 60 days after reconsitution. I think I read somewhere that Organon says 30 days after reconsitution.
