I'm 6ft and most of the time around 210 pounds. My best lift is the squat...I can usually do 450 for 2-3 reps. That's a goal I reached last week as a matter of fact. :)
After 10 months off from a torn bicep, I am 6-2, 243 pounds. Start the gym again on Thursday. Shooting for 250 lean as hell now. No more massing out for me.
im 275 11%bf bench 410 squat 520 and powercling 305.
size is great streanth to me is better
I'm 5'11" down 30lbs is two months. I weigh 295 today (lean, but not shreaded yet) Goal is to be around 275 SHREADED!!!!! As far a strength...I'm a wimp for my size. Squat 6 plates for 3 x 12(that's the only thing worth braggen about) Otherwise there are pleanty of strong guys out there to brag. I'm a fucken old bodybuilder and every time I get Cocky and go super heavy...I'll get hurt. lol

as far as power the only thing Im getting a noticable improvement on is Deadlift. allthough Im hesistant to try a 1RM on bench or squat so I dont really even know what it would be. But right now Im deadlifting 315 off the floor for 8-10 reps and 225 for about 15 (not much but good for me)

nice squat for being 6 foot. give yourself some credit. im 6 foot as well, and my legs are long (im cursed!)

Squat is alil low, i would like it to be atleast a hundred lbs over my bench by then end of my cycle. Had alil back issues so i was out of the squatting game for alil while, but im back now.
im proud to say im up 13.5 pounds of lbm and down 5 pounds of fat about to close out week 3 of cycle and move onto week 4
