Dominick Cruz: "I can beat Faber 9 out of 10 times

I'm not gonna turn down a rubber match like that, you know, I think that Faber gave me a good fight and he tested me a little bit and I felt like I went through there and still got the unanimous decision. I know I can beat him 9 out of 10 times."

In an interview with Dave Farra of MMA:30, UFC bantamweight champion, Dominick Cruz says he is confident he can repeat his UFC 132 performance against Urijah Faber.

Faber had difficulty in last weekend’s main event establishing any type of dominance over the champ. With only a few strong punches that sent Cruz to the mat, many thought it was Dominick who easily out pointed his latest challenger to defend his UFC world title.

Now that both men hold a single victory over each other, is a rubber match the next logical step?
