That Time Of Year Again...The New Year Resolutionists

Its the beginning of a New Year, which means our gyms will be packed with new members that are "committed" to a new year focused on getting fit...Sigh. By mid-February it will be back to normal but until then our patience will be tested. Good luck to you all, myself included.

Won't happen at my gym. They see concrete floors and that's that. LOL

Im all for people getting in the gym but it gets to much and every new year ill get a bunch of guys comming up when im training to ask me stupid ass questions most just do chest and bis anyhow.

i make some bank off those resolutioners!!! LOL

I was suprised to walk into a pretty much empty gym today. I guess the rush will begin on monday.

My gym sucks so bad its new years every day no matter what time of year. I need to find a hole in the wall gym but none exist here. There is one gym i want to go to but my douche wife wont make the extra 10 min. drive! It was so much easier when i was single but at least i dont have to cook lol.

Ok the time has come yes...a bunch of fucking fat, hairy arms dudes at my gym today...even at 7AM WTF!!

Yes correct, the "rush: will be over early Feb LMFAO

I am all for people to get healthy and strong, but damn it never seases to amaze me the turn out every year.

the only thing good is the new talent that comes with the rush. Other than that yes it drives me crazy.

i hear that.made a quick few duckets in both my gyms from gys that are too lazy to even try and learn.plus the funny shit is when i see them working out what are they doing...?the same shit as before.hahahaha!!!

dont forget the fat chicks with the way to tight clothes who do their cardio and chase it with a snickers bar.

Stop blaming on the gym, workout partner or the personal trainer, Never ever make a new year resolution. New year resolution is made to be broken. That's scientific proven. So let's get real and get on with the routine that has been worked for us thus far.
