grilled chicken with steamed broccoli & rice.
Lean ground beef with spinach and rice- just because its easy
12-15+ lbs of chickn breast...I hate chicken!
Rice,tuna,green peas couple times a week.
Black bean soup,yellow rice,chicken breast eod....I hate chicken!
mack n cheese,tuna(or chicken breast)and green peas!
Fillet prolly eod......
eggs almost eod.....I cant stand to even look at a egg!
I usually switch from eatn whole eggs...to just drinking egg whites directly from the carton...alot easier...and it dosent fill me up....for some reason eggs upset my stomach...every time I eat them.
lean ground beef with a lil taco seasoning green peas and sum mac n cheese..
sushi every 3-4 days
proteine pancakes every now n then....

unfortunatly it's been 2 cans of tunafish in half a can of tomato soup. been lazy lately need to start preparing my food again. also hormens turkey chili with a can of chicken thrown in
damn arx u definately like the mac and cheese eh. i hope it is velvetta shells and cheese. it is the best, cant wait to pound some myself.
either chicken on the grill, wife will only eat my chicken, i let it sit in some italian dressing and garlic the night before, or delmonico's on the grill, i can throw down on the grill my bro's, my steaks are as good as you can get anywhere, of course good meat is the secret
24 oz. sirloin steak and a 1lb baked tater and a mason jar of iced tea....:D
