This post will be a little different than most. I want to introduce you to Chef Melvin who is a friend of mine from the gym. He has resigned as a chef and now cooks at the Paris Hotel. He is using his spare time developing and pattoning a new kitchen tool, spending more time with his family and making these unique cooking videos.

The Brooklyn Bowl
This is a very huge stand only venue for concerts, 5 bars, Bowling alleys and a restaurant. Of course it started in Brooklyn now in Vegas and building one in London.
