agreed x2. i usually leave at least 20% for good service and 15% for bad service. I don't ever think it's ok to stiff someone because you don't know any of the other factors that could affect your experience at the place you receive the service. Minimum wage for wait staff is something like 3 or 4 bucks an hour so your tip makes a big difference.
