      one of my best friends is a former usapl team member and record holder bench in the 165 and 181.....he says shirt lifts are gay

      162 to 181 is what the women weight, just saying lol.

      People that knock geared lifting have no clue and Powerlifters that talk it down just don't have the balls for it.

      Geared lifting is very hard and a shirt is very difficult.

      I do both though and since March I've been raw.
