I have always found this quote to be very on target. I LOVE IT
I have always loved this quote from Henry Rollins, I think the guys is very smart, even with his 'peculiar' ways hahahh still a great driving force for those of us who are body architects:

...its what we do best guys...we face the iron daily. Its been 18 years of my life....consistently the last 8 for me.
Like a deacon in the pitch darkness....
