      check this out as well:

Yeah hes always been a major douche, he got paid to do celebrity boxing and sent his twin in, and got busted and would not give the money back. Bottom feeding lowlife.

(Jul 20, 2011) Jose Canseco took a punch on Wednesday when he lost a lawsuit with the Celebrity Boxing Federation and RadarOnline.com has all the exclusive details.

The former baseball star was a no-show to a Broomall, Penn. hearing today in which he was sued by Celebrity Boxing founder Damon Feldman after he allegedly sent his twin brother, Ozzie, to an event that he was contracted himself to appear at.
"I just want to say I am relieved," Feldman told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview. "He knows what he did."

Feldman was awarded more than $7,600 and said he's "pi**ed off that [Jose] thinks he can do this to people."

"Judgment was for Feldman because the defendant did not show up, even though he was given ample notification of the hearing," a Broomall District Court spokesperson confirmed to RadarOnline.com.

"He was granted $7,656.78 because Canseco has to pay the court costs and fees on top of the civil judgment of $6,500."

As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Feldman paid the Celebrity Apprentice star $5,000 upfront to compete in a Celebrity Boxing match - but Jose sent his twin brother Ozzie to fill in and the fight was canceled after organizers became suspicious that it wasn't the real Jose that'd shown up.

Jose refused to give the $5,000 payment back, so Feldman sued, and won.
