I am still going to add another 8lbs to this frame.
I stayed relatively small since my last show. I did not bulk 30lbs like I used to do in the past.
So now I am 18 weeks out from a national show. I plan on going from 210lbs 10% to 180-185 3% or 4%.
I will get some pics posted in week 16 again.
I just started cycling again. I was off for 7 months straight. And right now I am just running prop and npp. I have added 8lbs in 10 days. My receptors are clean as fuck and they are responding real well to the power!
I don't plan on cycling for more than 2-3 months this time around. As I want to be clean for a good 8 weeks prior to the show.
