Tweetheres another update guys, as of tuesday i was back in the gym, hit quads nice and hard, felt good after, yesterday chest, bis, hams, felt great, today got my eq so hit a cc of that before i went to hit shoulders as tri's and i feel like a million bucks, tomorrow is back and traps, and hitting a secondary quad session at night along with some abs and calfs, looks like im back, and this time the only thing that will bring me down is death, im starting a new diet and somewhat of a cardio routine monday. im at 193 right now, hoping to be about 175 with about 8 or less % BF when im done![]()
