      Stress is a bitch...I agree with everyone try and take as many breaks as you can to get the stress levels down...take something to calm the stomach and eat all your meals and take all your shakes and increase your good fats...fish oil, flax oil, and take your multi-vitamins... Hope you get back on track brother and feel better soon...
