      Default some opinions please

Hey fellas. Lookin to you for some advice. I got my promotion to floor manager at work but its been taking alot out of me. In the past 2 weeks ive lost 15 pounds. Anything i eat goes right through me. Ive been goin to the bathroom like 3-4 times a day...number 2. Ive had people ask me if im doin coke because ive lost so much weight and look unhealthy. I havent been to the gym in a long time either bc of workin so much. 50-60 hours a week. Like today i took a bite of spicy pasta and got sick....any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Default Been there before! LIL (laugh in loud)

heres an area ive delt with many times!

Ive done holiday retail at a mall
Store manager at a major retailer and also managed a movie theatre

first get your stress level down. cortisol is bad. Take breaks dont skip them, relax on your days off mabey even take a break from training.
Also eat protien all day. Even if its just RTDs or bars or turkey sands in tupperware, eat that crap all day. Dont ever go more than 2.5 hours without it. I know thats hard at alot of jobs but you can always sneak something if you have to in 20 seconds even (a rtd)
lots o complex carbs in the AM helps
a real hard one is getting that water in all day during a busy shift. I still struggle with that.
The more you delegate to your staff and the more you accopmplish through them the less stress you will have. Obvious stuff here but just throwin it out there . . . . . Be consistent, hold them accountable etc.
See where you can cut time in your schedule . . .
168 hours in a week. 50 at work, 56 at sleep, 10 -15 for transport etc
find you meal prep and training time in there somewhere so you dont stress about it. Once you make a plan youll stop stressin out about it.
Sometimes a HIT program with rest pauses will help if you need results but only have 30-45 min. Save the volume workouts for days off from work.
Good luck bro, hope some of the stuff thats worked for me can help you!

Stress can take a hard toll on your body, flexy. You're gonna suffer from burn-out soon if you're not careful.
Having a good job is nice of course but you still must be able to have a life outside the job, meaning that if you don't have enough energy or motivation to hit the gym or relax with a couple of friends, you won't be able to go on like this for long. That's my 02.

Sounds to me that you got a big hit of stress, and picked up diahreah (sp?) I`d hit the drugstore for some meds to counter that and maybe explain your situation to your manager, don`t ask for sick leave but ask to leave on time for a week so your body can adjust to the stress. Also make sure to keep up on your water intake and meal schedule, etc.

      Caution!

This happend to me also, when I was 18 (night manager @ grocery store) did what you're doing now for a year straight! Had lots of muscle - lost it all - went from 165lbs to 130lbs @ 5.9 (looked like a stick figure) & it's taken me years to regain what I lost in that one year. I agree with Brock compleatly but also would like to stress that you train in the morning or before work so you'll be forced to eat more as you'll be really hungry all day. You also wont have to worry about not wanting to work out after your shift ends if you make it your first priority of the day.

Cortisone could possibly be an instigating factor, as it decreases immune response. I would say an anti-cortisol but if you have an injury that requires cortisone I am unsure if that will increase the inflammation.

Does sound like stress induced IBS. Try some controlled breathing/meditation on any breaks. Also consider eating by the clock and sipping on BCAA's throughout the day.
