      Definitly keep it simple
      test e deca dbol or anadrol
      test e 500mg ew
      deca 300mg ew
      dbol or anadrol 50mg ed 1-4

      not that im a mod or any high position, but what is with the personal attacks s7v7n? I dont know either of you personally and it doesnt seem like you know each other so lay off. These boards are like family and we are here to help people. Ive been on the boards now for 2 or 3 years and i barely posted my first year. I used it to gain knowledge. But im sure mods/admin would agree with me and say ease up some. If my post is out of line then please feel free to delete mods.

      anyways...hulk id just keep it simple and look at the stickies in the aas forum and kind of base it off of those. Gather a cycle together, post it up, then just alter it or keep it the same off of feedback...good luck bro

      beleive Chestnut was right on the money.Sounds like the perfect cycle for your needs.Just got to keep in mind that it's all for shit if you can't eat like three people.Thats my biggest problem,5'11'',220 and all the gear in the world won't change that cause I can't eat. As for tren, nothing like it in the world,best gains ever,just can't stay on it for ever.As for that other crap,read when you want,post when you want,and let there be peace in the valley.good luck.

      You mentioned that your first cycle was t400 with d-bol. The gear may have been fake but on the off chance that it wasn`t would you please post up your "typical" daily food intake. You may not be eating enough.

      As for cycles d-bol is ok but you can run into estrogen issues.

      My first cycle (after 7 years off) was 250mg test E a week for 12 weeks, gained 20 lbs. Point is that you may want to think about doing test only. If it`s your first (or second) cycle test only isn`t a bad way to go. Plus it keeps it simpler interms of sides... the ancliary drugs you gotta take, etc.

      Really if you get huge or not, it`s all gonna come back to the food you eat.
