Tweetmy cardio isnt to bad but when i do higher rep sets on legs and back i get a bit winded. i am talking 50 and 100 rep sets. biggest prob that i have is that my legs are so big that when they start to pump up it hinders me more than the cardio factor does. now i am not running no marathons or anything but i have ran 3 miles in under 25 mins at my weight
