Tweethey everyone, if u have been wondering what i have been up to i have been fine took some time off from the gym for about a month and a half, just been way to busy with work and other things, but i plan being back tomorrow on and off and then full throttle within two weeks, i am being layed off from my job so im going back to my old one and much less stress and more time to get my ass back into the gym, and me and my girl recently split so that also gives me more time to be in the gym and focusing on what i want more then anything a 1st place in a show when i stopped training about a month ago i was 193, and i am still holding that weight with possibly some fat loss as i am doing more active things like volleyball and kickball but ill be posting pics and all the good stuff soon, have a good Easter everyone
