Didn’t we already establish that women reach their sexual peak later in life than men? While previous studies showed that women peak sexually at 30 and men at 18, a new survey tells us it's actually quite the contrary. A poll of 1,281 people found that women reach their zenith at 28, while men actually crest at 33. So what accounts for the 15-year difference for men and why are we now peaking later than the ladies? Sexperts believe that men peak later in life because sex is something we get better at the more we do it. For men, it takes years to figure out the inner workings of the vagina and even longer for that amazement to wear down so we can control our orgasms. The girls discover the birds and bees much sooner than us. My theory is that women can have sex whenever they want, so they get into the game earlier, understand the rules and play more often. Men's peaks come later because steady sex and long-term relationships come later for us, and that's when we can practice more often.
